Key Account Manager

•  Location: Budapest

•  Function:  Sales

Overview

We are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our Hungarian Commercial Team. In this role, you will manage our key customers and be responsible for customer negotiations, developing promotional plans and working hand-in-hand cross-functionally with finance, marketing and supply chain to deliver our goals.

Responsibilities

• Management and independent handling of top assigned retailers

• Achievement of sales and distribution goals (listings, in-outs) targets within customer group

• Management of promo spend budgets & customer P&L

• Preparation and realization of customer year-end talks within agreed budgets

• Preparation and handling of customer presentations related to new product offers for permanent listing, in-out promotion offers, annual activity plans etc.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a key account manager in international FMCG companies

• Understanding and knowledge of the Hungarian international retailers

• University Degree level education, emphasis on Sales & Marketing and/or Economics

• Fluent in English and Hungarian

• Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across multiple functions in an international, dispersed matrix organization environment
