Your Tasks:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Act as a proactive strategic advisor to senior level stakeholders at the client, understanding clients' evolving business needs, challenges, and priorities, and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system and forecast reports andprovide regular reports to senior management on account status, risks, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service within the automotive industry.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive products, service offerings, platforms, and the XaaS approach.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizations and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in sales/account management, effectively partnering with clients to meet their needs and drive growth.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
