Key Account Manager (modern trade)Czech Republic - PragueOverview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the management of specific Key Accounts within the Czech modern trade including analysis, presentation of products and trade terms negotiation.  

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for key clients in Czech Republic

• Independent handle of current clients and their development

• Realization of sales and distribution targets within customer group

• Management customer P&L

• Preparation and negotiation annual trade terms within agreed budgets

• Preparation and handling of presentations of new products, promotions etc. to the customer

Experience you’ll bring:

• Degree level education or equivalent

• Fluent in English both written and oral

• Sales or Marketing Commercial background

• Strong Presentation Skills

Behaviors you’ll need:

• Ability to manage for results with high degree of initiative and speed

• Self-starter acting with integrity and speed

• Organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Strong strategic thinking and drive

• Solid analytical skills with experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen)

• Strong communicator and team player, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environment
