Core Responsibilities
- Lead account business plan including short to long-term strategy setting for own-account based on high understanding of Omni online channels.
- Own account KPI management including selling-in, consumer sales target setting, demand planning, account P&L management.
- Define and drive shopper value proposition of accounts/channels to prioritize and increase commercial opportunities.
- Champion the use of data and turn into sales and marketing action
- Stay up-to-date on market and shopper trend to explore and unlock new commercial opportunities.
- Lead integration between key e-retailers, partners (vendors), driving effective and constructive collaboration.
- Setup account dashboard on both sales and non-sales levers to track and take corrective actions.
- Jointly-design and implement on-site and off-site campaign/promotions enhancing shoppable occasions to recruit, retain and reactivate shoppers.

Ecommerce team is part of Sales team in LEGO Korea leading strong growth in overall Korea business as a strategic priority channel.
This role, Ecommerce Key Account Manager will manage one or more key strategic priority accounts within Ecomm to open/expand/improve the business to drive growth.
Also, this role is encouraged to bring set of expertise and experience in the digital Ecomm world to help build stronger digital capabilities not only in Ecomm team but to overall BU Korea organization to innovate for the future.
Do you have what it takes?
- Solid experience in Ecommerce/ sales function as an account manager or buyer experience in E-retail.
- Ecommerce on-site and off-site campaign/ promotion planning and execution.
- Account KPI management experience including customer scorecard
- Proficient in data analytics, shopper-oriented and customer-focused
- Strong openness and proactive attitude to engage, spar and influence on key responsibilities.
- Proficiency in both Korean and English language (written and spoken) to collaborate with colleagues globally.
