WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Key Account Manager and Consultant for the DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) market, you will:
- Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone, live meetings and delivery workshops
- Find new business opportunities as well as managing existing client relations
- Drive various sales, marketing and research activities and events
- Create insights and prepare client presentations and advice our clients and help them improve
- Build your personal brand within our core areas and represent Potentialpark as a trusted advisor be it as account manager, consultant, speaker and marketer
WHO YOU ARE
To succeed in this role, you are:
- A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments
- Confident with strong, proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- A great relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Interested in our areas of expertise
We expect you to have:
- A university degree; minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Native level of spoken and written German and fluent in English
It is a strong merit if you
- are fluent in another language besides German and English
- have marketing and/or sales experience
- have event management experience
