Pair Eyewear is seeking a Key Account Coordinator to join our wholesale team. The Key Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between various internal departments, Key Account Managers and assigned accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound client requests, assisting in strategic planning, problem solving and crafting high-quality presentations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of driving growth and success for Pair Eyewear in the optical retail channel.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate across the organization with category management, operations, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with Key Account Managers.
- Manage inbound client requests and responses in coordination with Key Account Managers.
- Participate in the development of sample presentations, client reports, pitch decks, and proposals.
- Assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) in profitable, strategic and growth-oriented management of global business relationships across all lines of business and geographies.
- Support KAMs in leading their cross-functional teams, i.e., steering, preparing and coordinating meetings and other related activities, managing stakeholders and communication.
- Provide ongoing support and creation of Client Strategy, Engagement and Action Plans.
- Prepare high-quality client presentation materials in coordination with the cross-functional team
- Identify insights through analysis of internal and external client data, including coordination with Finance and D&A teams and other data providers, and preparing various KPI reports.
- Prepare internal and external communication, e.g., to clients, internal stakeholders, including executive management level briefing materials.
- Support interpretation of results and development of improvement plans with the client team.
- Work as part of a team to support the organization and execution of client events and forums as required.
- Ensure collaboration with other Globals teams and other markets / functional units, and sharing knowledge and best practice effectively
- Attend weekly one on one meetings with Key Account Managers and senior leadership.
- Attend client calls as needed to support Key Account Managers.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers to manage schedules, file important documents and communicate relevant information.
- Organize, track, and maintain client contracts and account updates in CRM, Looker and Monday.
- Address ad-hoc client, industry and market requests.
Who You Are:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage schedules, file important documents, and maintain client contracts and account updates.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines, ensuring efficient coordination and organization of various activities.
- Experience collaborating across different departments, including category management, operations, marketing finance, and customer success teams
- Demonstrated ability to assist Key Account Managers in the profitable, strategic, and growth-oriented management of global business relationships.
- Ability to identify insights through the analysis of internal and external client data, including coordination with Finance and Data & Analytics teams, and preparation of various KPI reports.
- Proficiency in preparing high-quality client presentation materials in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Need to Have:
- 2-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level sales teams in wholesale (WHSL), CPG or vision care industry.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Monday, Looker, or any other CRM system.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage schedules, file important documents, and maintain client contracts and account updates.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines, ensuring efficient coordination and organization of various activities.
