We’re looking for a Key Account Manager Sales to join our Professional Trade North team in Baltics.

As a Key Account Manager Sales you’ll be responsible for creating and fostering long-term, strategic partnerships with major key accounts in B2B segment (investors, end-users, designers, installers, partners, etc). Together with a team of great colleagues you curate custom offerings and develop new market opportunities.

What you’ll do

You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large trade key accounts (e.g. installers, partners, distributors, electrical wholesalers) by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions.

You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities.

You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customer's challenges and taking on a solution-based approach.

You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability.

You will ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Your qualifications
-
Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree.
-
3+ years of experience in a key account management role offering technical solutions in a B2B market in Lithuania.

very good English skills(both orally and in writing) is a must.
