Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze customer requests, providing appropriate products and solutions.
- Prepare technical product information and presentations, explaining the technical advantages and features of the products.
- Provide technical support to the sales team and conduct product-related training.
- Offer technical insights and solutions during customer meetings.
- Contribute to product positioning by conducting market and competitor analysis.
- Prepare proposals and solution documents, providing detailed information about products and services.
- Manage the technical aspects of the sales process and ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Juniper and/or Aruba technologies and products.
- Familiarity with firewall product positioning.
- Experience in designing, installing, and managing LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDWAN.
- Knowledge of network and system monitoring tools.
- Ability to perform demos and Proof of Concepts (PoC) within the brand's solutions.
- Capability to complete and update manufacturer certifications with a planned roadmap.
- Experience in presales processes with a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented and results-driven working skills.
- 3+ years of industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in the IT and hardware sectors.
- Relevant certifications (Juniper, Aruba).
- Experience in customer relationship management and sales support processes.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
