About the Role
Redhorse transforms how government uses data and technology. We're seeking a talented Junior/Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying UiPath automations that streamline government processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness for our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects with a team of experienced professionals and make a tangible impact on public sector operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
- Write, maintain, and optimize C#/.NET code for developing and integrating automation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, security, and governance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing UiPath automations and .NET applications.
- Maintain clear technical documentation, including process design documents and automation workflows.
- Assist in deploying and monitoring RPA bots in production environments.
- Work on API integrations and system connectors to enhance automation capabilities.
- Stay updated on UiPath advancements and contribute to continuous improvement in automation strategies.
Required Experience/Clearance
- 2+ years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred).
- Hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and suggest automation improvements.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Desired Experience
- UiPath Automation Developer Associate Certification or higher.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for bot deployment and monitoring.
- Exposure to machine learning and AI-powered automation within UiPath.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
