The Opportunity:
We are looking for an individual to join our growing Global Managed Services Solution Architecture team.
This role would position the successful candidate at the front of our client and sales engagements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide support to other Solution Architects for elements such as completing scoping questionnaires with clients.
- Have a high-level understanding of the technical product portfolio.
- Undertake technical pre-sales engagements, including but not limited to: Generation of customer proposals. Supporting Sales and Accounts team to nurture and progress client new business wins and existing business retention in proposals and RFPs/Tenders.
- Capture and provide customer/business requirements and feedback on existing products.
- Providing input to/influence new technical developments/approaches within our markets.
- Undertake the initial Pre-Sales ticket triage process
- Engage with our sales teams to introduce new initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience in scoping and designing client solutions. (Must Have)
- A willing to understand technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (experience or understanding of Splunk, Microsoft, Carbon Black and Crowdstrike knowledge is a bonus) and related activities. (Nice to Have)
- Cyber Security knowledge with evidence of the ability to learn and understand challenges and solutions.
- Ability to aid colleagues with visualising, conceptualise, articulate problems and construct solutions.
- Excellent written communication skills; the ability to structure and articulate written communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills
- Information Security related degree or equivalent experience.
