What You'll Do

  • You will validate and optimize the first production to ensure the quality and the technicity of the mass production.
  • You will manage root cause analysis and corrective action plans against non-conformances.
  • You will provide internal as well as external methodical knowledge for quality management aimed toward continuous improvement.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams from R&D, Procurement, Operations and Customer Excellence.
  • You will lead customer claim management to ensure the best customer experience and efficiency within the supply chain.
  • You will design, implement, and manage the strategy for the quality management system.

Who We're Looking For

  • You have strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • You have the skill in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve recurring quality concerns.
  • You consider multiple aspects when making business-relevant, pragmatic decisions, balancing customer-centricity and business requirements.
  • You are effective in presenting complex quality data and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You enjoy working with different teams and take high ownership for your tasks.
