Your Tasks
- Analyze the quality & performance of existing workflows and procedures
- Review & assess workflows and procedures and ensure that they are properly documented
- Create, update & maintain document database
- Quality control & Quality assurance
- Prepare reports & presentations by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
- Perform extensive internal audits
- Conception & lead of process improvement
- Identify training needs & create training material
- Liaise with colleagues & provide trainings, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards
Your Profile
- Work experience in quality management or risk management or similar field
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills as well as just as strong research and analytical skills
- Logical thinking & focused on details
- Project management skills are appreciated
- Ability to analyze & understand complex processes quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Highly proactive approach
- Ability to conceive ideas and implement new processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Fluency in English is mandatory, German and French are considered as an asset
