About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Lisle, IL. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects while supporting senior project managers and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about learning the ins and outs of project management in the SAP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Coordinate between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Help identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and clients.
- Facilitate meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- Support resource planning and allocation for project needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in project coordination or project management (SAP or tech projects preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar PM tools.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
