JOB PURPOSE
The Project Coordinator will be a key player in ensuring the successful execution of multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously. This individual will manage and monitor project timelines, coordinate resources, and keep all stakeholders aligned. You will be responsible for scheduling and leading project update meetings, ensuring clear communication across teams, and keeping project management tools, such as Asana, updated to reflect the latest project statuses and priorities. Your role will involve working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Managerial Team to communicate progress, address challenges, and present solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule and coordinate project update meetings with stakeholders to provide status updates, address issues, and ensure alignment across all teams involved.
• Manage the timely execution of project tasks by coordinating team members, ensuring that project milestones are met, and projects are completed on schedule.
• Update and maintain project management tools (e.g., Asana) regularly, ensuring that task assignments, deadlines, and progress are accurately reflected to keep the team and stakeholders informed.
• Communicate effectively with the Executive Leadership Team to provide comprehensive updates, identify potential risks or delays, and gather feedback on the project direction.
• Present project status updates comfortably to all levels of leadership, including executive and managerial teams, ensuring clarity and confidence in the information shared.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring that information is shared in a timely and effective manner.
• Track project outcomes and timelines by maintaining detailed documentation and reports that provide clear visibility into project progress, achievements, and any potential concerns.
• Assist in developing and implementing project management best practices, standards, and processes to increase efficiency, improve outcomes, and streamline coordination across teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
· Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization and present to both executive leadership and managers.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and fostering a cooperative work environment.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently without compromising on quality or deadlines.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software is preferred, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive project success and team accountability.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, able to anticipate challenges and act swiftly to resolve them while maintaining project momentum.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

SCHEDULING
This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
TRAVEL
No travel is required for this role.
