What you'll do:

• As part of our Global Office Management team, you will actively be involved in implementing our Community Building Strategy and owning engagement for our Americas region
• You will be actively involved in the planning of our company events and take over various organizational tasks in Office and vendor Management 
• You bring in your ideas on how to constantly improve our office design, maintenance, and provider
• You will be part of the People projects and topics, owning Culture and Learning topics for our region
• You will work closely with one of our P&O sub-teams (Employer Branding and Culture) across the globe and ensure a good people experience for all Emmies
• Develop and implement effective internal and external employer branding strategies
• You have high level of excellence in your work, ownership of your topics, and accountability of your role

Who we're looking for:

• You enjoy being social and have a desire not just to manage, but also be a part of our Community;
• You enjoy helping other people;
• As an organizational talent you work independently, carefully and reliably;
• You enjoy tackling new problems and solving them effectively;
• You speak English well and have at least intermediary knowledge of German;
• You have basic MS Office skills.
