Junior Key Account manager will be responsible for the management of dedicated key customers and supporting Senior Key Account Managers with management of international customers. The work includes management of activities in stores in assigned region.

Junior Key Account Manager bude zodpovedný za riadenie pridelených kľúčových zákazníkov a podporu Senior Key Account manažérov pri riadení medzinárodných zákazníkov. Práca zahŕňa riadenie exekúcií v predajniach.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have already gained some experience within a commercial environment, ideally in Sales department as Junior Key Account Manager or as Area Sales Manager.

The Key responsibilities of the role will include:

•          Selling SC Johnson products to the Slovak trade partners

•          Independent handling and driving development of dedicated customers

•          Realization of sales targets within customer group

•          Management of trade investments

•          Supporting Senior Key Account Managers with management of international customers

Medzi kľúčové zodpovednosti funkcie bude patriť:

• Predaj produktov SC Johnson slovenským obchodným partnerom

• Riadenie rozvoja pridelených zákazníkov

• Realizácia predajných cieľov v rámci skupiny zákazníkov

• Riadenie obchodných investícií

• Podpora Senior Key Account Managerů pri riadení medzinárodných zákazníkov

Experience you’ll bring:

•          We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive and keen to develop further.

•          Fluent in Slovak and at least intermediate level of English

•          Commercial background with work experience, 1-3 years of Sales Experience in FMCG is a must

•          Analytical skills

•          Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)

•          Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

•          Strong negotiation skills and ability to prioritize

•          Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed

•          Strong team player, able to build relationships at all levels

•          Residence in area of Bratislava/Nitra/Trnava

• Schopnosť efektívne komunikovať so všetkými úrovňami organizácie

• Silné vyjednávacie schopnosti a schopnosť určovať priority

• Schopnosť dosiahnuť výsledky s vysokou mierou iniciatívy a rýchlosti

• Silný tímový hráč, schopný budovať vzťahy na všetkých úrovniach

• Bydlisko v lokalite Bratislava/Nitra/Trnava

Job Requirements:

•          Full-time

•          5 days (Monday-Friday)

•          Approximately 25% of working time spent on travel

This role is not eligible for relocation.
