Responsibilities:

Develop and grow the business of customers portfolio in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management.

Define and execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories.
-
Conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions
-
Present & list of new products in the assortment matrix of customers
-
Develop, coordinate and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers
-
Forecast sales volumes on monthly basis
-
Execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix
-
Develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments
-
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
-
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG or as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-
Pro-active and hands-on mentality
-
Strong planning, organization, presentation and execution skills
-
Good understanding of the overall sales processes including other areas (marketing / finance / logistics) and key account management relevant processes
-
Excellent data analysis skills & knowledge of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, BI tools, Internet Explorer, Mobile Apps).

Full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate
