Job Title: Junior HR Administrator 
Reports to: Senior HR Associate
Timezone- 11am IST to 8pm IST
Location: Bangalore (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Key Relationships: All business stakeholders.

Job Purpose: As part of our Bangalore office growth, we seek a motivated Junior HR Administrator  to support our HR functions and report to our Senior HR Associate on various tasks that ensure smooth operations for our offices. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a hospitality background who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people management and office coordination.

What you’ll do:

  • Laptop Management: Assist with laptop setup for new hires, coordinate laptop collection and reset for offboarding.
  • HR Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, culture, and resources available.
  • Office Purchases: Manage procurement for office supplies and employee essentials, including coordinating snacks for our offices.
  • Event Support & Coordination: Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Office Attendance: Track and coordinate office attendance to ensure smooth operations and optimal team presence.
  • Vendor & Request Coordination: Act as a liaison with vendors, including Springboard, to ensure timely and accurate coordination of office and HR-related requests.

Who you are:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
