What You'll Do:
- You will lead APAC employer branding projects with the Recruiting and Culture teams to attract and engage candidates while ensuring consistent representation of our employer brand.
- You will develop online and offline branding strategies to increase awareness and engagement of Emma as an employer and convert candidates.
- You will utilize data analytics to monitor, assess, and report on the effectiveness of branding campaigns and strategies in our key channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Kununu, and Emma's Career Webpage.
- You will lead campus activities to increase visibility and attract early talents in APAC.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment of employer branding efforts with broader People & Organization and business objectives.
- You will be based in Manila as part of a global team, bridging APAC and global discussions by bringing regional insights to global initiatives and vice versa.
Who You Are:
- You have 1-2 years of proven experience in Employer Branding and/or Marketing, ideally in a startup or FMCG company.
- You are a driven, self-sufficient professional who takes ownership and has a can-do mindset.
- You are flexible and able to combine structure, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence with a pragmatic approach.
- You are passionate about marketing and people-related topics, always staying updated on the latest trends and initiatives.
- You possess strong business acumen and are proactive in identifying opportunities to create impact.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
- You have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
