The Junior Contracts Administrator will support the Contract Management department by assisting with contract reviews, supplier invoicing, payment applications, and compliance tracking. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector while working on cutting-edge projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Contracts Administrator to assist in contract management, payment validation, and compliance tracking. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will work closely with project teams, suppliers, and commercial teams to ensure smooth contract administration and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Attend and participate in site progress and commercial meetings.

Validate payment applications and supplier invoices.

Prepare payment certificates and application forms.

Assist with contract reviews, analysis, and change control management.

Draft and review contractual correspondence.

Maintain various registers, budgets, and cost reports.

Ensure accurate onboarding of new suppliers in the accounting system.

Support the review of claims, variations, and contingency usage.

Update the commercial section of project company reports.
Qualifications & Experience:Required:

BSc Eng (Honours) / B-Tech Eng (Mechanical, Electrical), or equivalent.

BSc Honours / BTech in Quantity Surveying.

BCom Law or LLB (in exceptional cases, with demonstrated construction knowledge).

1–3 years of relevant experience (Non-Negotiable).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
