Als (Junior) Consultant (m/w/d) im Advanced Solutions Team (AST) bei YouGov Shopper erwartet Sie ein vielfältiges Aufgabenspektrum, das sich auf Adhoc-Befragungen innerhalb und außerhalb des Konsumentenpanels spezialisiert. Wir beraten unsere Kunden umfassend in jeder Phase der Shopper Journey und setzen wichtige Impulse für strategische Entscheidungen.

Dabei nutzen wir bewährte und neue Analysemethoden und verfügen über fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen FMCG, Retail und Travel.

Wir suchen eine:n (Junior) Adhoc-Marktforscher:in mit quantitativem Fokus, der:die selbständig quantitative Forschungsprojekte konzipieren und durchführen kann. Erfahrung aus der qualitativen Marktforschung sind von Vorteil. Dabei sind Sie stark in der Operationalisierung komplexer Kundenfragestellungen und haben ein Faible für multivariate Analyseverfahren (z.B. Conjoint-Analysen, Regressionsanalysen).

In Ihrer Rolle kooperieren Sie eng mit den YouGov Shopper Kundenteams und unterstützen bei der Konzeption, Methodologie und Implementierung von Adhoc-Forschungsprojekten.

Aufgabenbereich:

  • Beratung (intern/extern) in quantitativer Adhoc-Marktforschung
  • Konzeption, Durchführung und Analyse von Projekten
  • Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse und strategische Empfehlungen
  • Koordination von Projektbeteiligten und Dienstleistern
  • Kundenbetreuung und Ergebnispräsentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams

Qualifikationen:

  • Hochschulabschluss: Marktforschung, Marketing, Psychologie, Sozial- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Adhoc-Marktforschung
  • Kenntnisse in quantitativen Methoden, MS Office, SPSS
  • Grundlegende Statistikkenntnisse
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
