Junior Coating Advisor, Cadiz

Become the voice of our customers within the business
As part of this role, you’ll be on the ground advising customers (applications and end-users) on proper use and application of our technologies and coating systems following current regulations. You'll also be actively involved in looking after, supporting and developing client relationships. At the same time, you’ll provide technical field support to customers and our sales organisation, identify customers' challenges with coating processes and seek opportunities to promote and sell our technical services.
Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:
- Provide technical advisory and support on all aspects of our technologies, ensuring that our products and systems are used in compliance to our Product Data Sheet, paint specification, relevant technical/industrial standards, working procedures and best painting practice.
- Provide, lead and identify Service sales opportunities, collaborating with Sales function and Service Sales Partners
- Generate accurate company and customer reports and distribute them in a timely manner. Use reports efficiently and proactively communicate issues of importance for the quality/paint consumption/budget/scheduling on the project.
- Actively participate in activities related to our Technical Service strategy and promote strategy internally and externally. Conducting surveys, troubleshooting issues and finding resolutions.
- Use PPE and technical equipment responsibly and ensuring that the own equipment is calibrated, maintained and in good conditions. Monitor and manage project paint inventory, provide timely updates to sales front/back office to avoid possible shortages.
Additionally, you should also have:
- University degree or equivalent in Engineering or Chemistry, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or similar
- NACE or FROSIO certification will be valuable, but is not a must
- Solid ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken
- Experience is an advantage but is not a must for this role
- MS office knowledge
- Willing to travel extensively (domestic and international) and with flexible schedules.
- Driving license B
- Preferably located in Cadiz (ES)
