We’re looking for a junior channel enablement specialist to join us in our Lisbon office and support the execution of strategies to enable and empower our channel partners. In this role, you will help with providing channel partners and internal teams with resources, tools, training, and information needed to effectively sell and support our product. Your new adventure

  • Spend a significant amount of time providing ongoing support to channel partners, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure their success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication with channel partners
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs and collateral for channel partners, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of Pipedrive, as they represent our product to customers
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance measures to ensure channel partners adhere to established programs, policies, and processes
  • Support the measurement of the effectiveness of channel enablement programs, gathering feedback and data to assess the impact on partner performance and overall business objectives
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement in partner enablement processes and systems, contributing to root cause analysis and the implementation of solutions
  • Foster positive relationships with channel partners by providing ongoing support

  • Strong knowledge of CRM softwares
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across different departments, such as partner sales; sales, marketing, and product development
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and deliver training content for diverse audiences (with content orientation)
  • Basic sales and marketing collateral development skills
  • Basic understanding of processes related to partner onboarding and ongoing management
  • Basic understanding of the role of channel partners in the sales ecosystem
  • Minimal familiarity with sales processes, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Ability to analyze data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs
  • Basic understanding of root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with calling attention to roadblocks
  • Basic time management and organization skills
