This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of the department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary. In addition to the responsibilities below, the Programmer will assist with the overall success of software design, database creation, and the implementation of procedures and standards used in the programming of controls projects.

- Breakdown scope of work into manageable segments and coordinate with Project Manager for scheduling, with guidance from Senior Programmers.
- Follow sequence of operations as required by project documents according to company standards, with guidance from Senior Programmers.
- Develop and create system graphics, with guidance from Senior Programmers.
- Integrate third party equipment through BACnet protocol.
- Assist with troubleshooting BMS integration issues alongside Field Technicians.
- Support a performance-based culture, both team and individual, to assure continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise vision, mission, and objectives.
- Support quality and safety standards, specifications and policies, and collaborate with the team to drive efficiency.
- Support a culture based on open/honest dialogue and involvement with all team members that demonstrates the value of their input and engagement in improving performance.
- Support a culture of high performance and accountability in employee and site safety as well as other aspects of the business.
- Equivalent experience, vocational school, or an Associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field is preferred.
- Familiarity with building controls hardware and network architecture and mechanical HVAC equipment is preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.
- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.

Pay Rate: $33-$40/hr. DOE.
