Job requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team for a project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies, particularly in Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and cloud deployment using OpenShift and AWS. This role requires a deep understanding of backend architecture, API development, and data management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Build and manage data-driven applications using MongoDB as the primary database.
• Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end and other applications.

Cloud Deployment & Management:

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS and OpenShift platforms.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, performance, and scalability.
• Automate deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure high reliability and responsiveness.
• Identify and resolve issues related to backend code and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of code quality.

Key Skills:

• Languages: Java, Spring Boot.
• Database: MongoDB.
• Cloud Platforms: OpenShift, AWS.
• Other Requirements: Strong problem-solving skills, experience with agile methodologies, and excellent collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-15 years of experience in backend development, with significant hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms, particularly AWS or OpenShift.
