- Mentorálás: Első naptól kijelölt mentor fogja segíteni a beilleszkedésed pontos betanulási terv alapján és koordinálni a napi tevékenységed.
- Koordináció: Gyakornok koordinátor követi a fejlődésed, visszajelzéseket kér és támogat mindenben.
- Karrier: Teljesítmény alapján senior gyakornoki szintre léphetsz, majd főállásba.
- Fizetés: Átlag fölötti bért kínálunk, mert tudjuk, picit kiesünk az egyetemtől.
- Időbeosztás: Rugalmas időbeosztást (min. 30 óra/hét) és home officet kínálunk.
- Képzés: Változatos tréningekkel biztosítjuk a fejlődésed.
