About the team
ITIL Release and Deployment Management aims to plan, schedule and control the movement of releases to test and live environments. The primary goal of Release Management and Deployment Management is to ensure that the integrity of the live environment is protected and that the correct components are released.
What you will be doing
.
- Min 5+ yrs of experience is required in ITIL Change and release management.
- Responsible for defining Technical Release Management processes
- Responsible for incorporating Continual Service Improvement into Release Management processes
- Manages and maintains an overview/baseline of all versions of all products in a software package
- Ensures that each release build is complete
What you bring:
- Min 3+ yrs of experience is required in ITIL Change and release management.
- Knowledge in BMC remadey or Service now tool
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware
- Knowledge of storage management
- Knowledge of TCP/IP
