Job Description
As part of the development of our activities with one of our clients, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist that will work on Incident Management & Service Desk Optimization.
Main duties :
- Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Provide support and coaching for end users
- Install and configure End User Computing devices and software (including laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, phones)
- Conduct local and remote troubleshooting (hardware, software, network, access issues, conference rooms)
- Contribute to service desk enhancements and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Qualifications
We are looking for :
- CFC or IT Technician diploma
- 3 up to 5 years of experience as a help desk technician or in an end-user support role
- Good knowledge on Windows Operating System, iOS
- Familiarity with Atlassian (Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Jira)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, but also independently when required
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders and users
- Fluency in German and English, French is aplus
