We seek to employ an experienced and resourceful IT Support Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for managing and resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of the IT infrastructure, and providing exceptional support to end-users.
The successful candidate will be based in Athens and will be reporting to Infrastructure manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software.
- Provide support in-person and remotely, troubleshooting and resolving user’s issues.
- Identify, track end user’s hardware and software needs, recommending IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement user change requests, perform advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment.
- Order planning and maintaining hardware/software inventories.
- Collaborate with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Handle support tickets, logged by users in a timely manner.
- Collaboration with external vendors.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with O365, Microsoft’s technology - Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, Active Directory (on premises and cloud), VMware, Networking.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
