Responsibilities
- Incident and Service request Management – identify, research, provide first level support and resolve customer technical issues
- Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level of onsite support
- External vendor management
- Provide reporting of escalated/assigned tickets as per the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Bachelor or diploma degree in Engineering, Electronics or equivalent degree
- Proven working experience in Helpdesk support role
- Knowledge of dispute transactions investigation for self-service devices will be a plus
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Willing to work in shifts
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language (written & verbal)
