We are seeking a service-oriented IT Support engineer to join our global IT team. You will handle IT helpdesk tickets, providing computer and application support to employees in Prague site and globally, via in-person, phone, and remote assistance. As part of your role, you will collaborate with international functions to facilitate local and global projects in all IT-related fields. ✨
So, what will you be doing all day? 🚀
- Resolve hardware, software, and OS issues on macOS and Windows.
- Manage users and access rights to company applications via SSO and MFA
- Support laptops, desktops, network printers, video conferencing equipment, and basic office network issues.
- Facilitate IT onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain IT inventory.
- Provide technical assistance for video conferencing and company events.
Who you are: 🎯
- An IT professional with 2+ years hands-on experience in IT Support or Administration
- Experienced in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows)
- Experienced with Active Directory/Azure/GSuite environments
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (e.g., Okta, Office365, Google Workspace, AWS) and mobile device management (MDM)
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management
- A passion for problem-solving and a dedication to customer satisfaction
Nice to have:
- MCSA/MCSE/MCITP/CCNA certifications an advantage
- Experience working in a global company and global IT environment is an advantage.
