Essential Functions:

  • Leadership & Direction: Set goals and enforce policies for project teams developing business applications and information services.
  • Team Management: Lead small to medium-sized cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.
  • Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of project development and implementation, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Comprehensive Management: Oversee projects from initial concept to final implementation, interfacing with clients and internal departments.
  • Scope & Objectives: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lifecycle Management: Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close software and product development activities.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in setting project direction and enforce it with cross-functional teams.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and manage resource allocations and task assignments within a matrix-managed environment.
  • Collaboration: Work with management to define, develop, and implement new information products and services.
  • Project Control: Manage scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on project status and risks, providing recommendations as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
  • Business Guidance: Provide strategic business guidance to project teams.
  • Multi-Project Involvement: Potentially manage multiple small IT projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in software and/or product development.
  • Project Management: Proven education and experience in project management.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $105,200.00 - $175,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
