Expedient is hiring an IT Project Manager, Premier Delivery. This position will be the primary contact for Expedient clients subscribing to the Premier Care enhanced service experience. This position will ensure that assigned clients receive a high level of engagement during implementation of services both in frequency and method of communication.
The services that you will deliver to Expedient clients include cloud solutions, data protection services, managed security and network services, colocation and other complementary services.
Success in this role is measured through client satisfaction surveys and relies heavily on the candidate’s ability to plan, communicate, and set and maintain clear expectations with both internal and external stakeholders as an advocate for client success. The prevailing candidate will embrace challenges, such as technical difficulties and misalignment of expectations, solving problems with creativity and will use their strong communication skills to interact with clients regularly.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication and expectations regarding new installations including managed services, data center, network connectivity, and virtualization technologies
- Foster communication and transparency amongst all teams involved in the delivery of projects, including clients
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes by offering feedback and suggestions on how to better deliver positive client outcomes
- Complete project deliveries ensuring milestones, timelines, and budgets are met and that successful customer outcomes are achieved and oversee the effective handoff of solutions to the Operations Support Center.
- Collaborate with clients to transition their existing environments into new shared public and/or private dedicated platforms
- Facilitate and manage projects in an authoritative manner
- Conduct post-sale design and migration scoping meetings alongside engineering resources and clients
- Coordinate internal resources, including human resources and consumables, for effective project execution
- Ensure that comprehensive documentation of the implementation is created, maintained throughout the project lifecycle, and delivered with the implemented services for a smooth transition to the Operations Support Center (OSC).
- Facilitate client acceptance of services and oversee the effective handoff of solutions
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within Information Technology
- Priority consideration given to individuals with certification in Project Management, such as PMP
- Proficiency in project planning, project management and various software tools including, but not limited to, Monday.com to help manage tasks, resources, timelines, and communication.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites for in-person meetings upon request
- Superior interpersonal and customer service capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capable of handling multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously
- Outstanding time management skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform efficiently in high pressure environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related applications
Sponsorship will not be provided. The salary range provided in this job ad is an estimate. It will be based on your own individual experience, skills and knowledge. Estimated range is $80,000 to $99,000 annually.
