Position Overview: 

We are seeking an IT Project Manager that will Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. The program manager shall establish and provide a qualified workforce capable of performing the required tasks. The program will oversee all aspects of the contract and  maintain key performance parameters to monitor work performance, measure results, ensure delivery of contracted product deliverables and solutions, support management and decision-making and facilitate communications. The program manager will make sure that  deliverables meet professional standards for technical writing and the requirements set forth in the contract and shall clearly identify assumptions.


Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and resolve problems and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Institute and maintain a process that ensures problems and action items discussed with the Government are tracked through resolution. 
  • Provide timely status reporting.
  • Incorporate results of actions taken to improve performance and lessons learned into applicable processes. 
  • Maintain a documented set of disciplined, mature, and continuously improving processes for administering all contract efforts with an emphasis on cost-efficiency, schedule, performance, responsiveness, and consistent, high-quality delivery.

Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrate knowledge of DevSecOps principles: Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). Configurations-as-Code (CaC), Non-Service Interruption (NSI)
  • Experience with AWS, Agile metrics, Jira.
  • Cloud One expertise.
  • Government experience. 
  • Experience with software development/maintenance of code withinCloud One IL5
