Our Newest Opportunity: 

Summary: 

This 10-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nations’ fastest growing strategic advisory firms. In this program, interns will have a variety of responsibilities within the IT department at OneDigital, focusing on a path to employment upon graduation. This is a summer 2025 opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the IT PMO Manager, Director, or IT mentor. This position will be a hybrid experience reporting to our Atlanta, GA HQ office three days a week, Tuesday through Thursday.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

Departments: IT PMO 

  • Assists team with discovery, requirements gathering, and project reporting 
  • Participate in project planning sessions
  • Standardizes templates and procedures 
  • Maintains information in Smartsheet 

What to Expect: 

  • You will have the opportunity to work on real-world assignments, network with IT leaders in the organization, and grow professionally and personally with an assigned mentor 
  • Assigned actual responsible tasks on IT projects of varying complexity which will be critical to the project’s success

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements: 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines 
  • Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences 
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined 
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills 
  • Positive, upbeat attitude 

Education, Training and Experience: 

  • A rising Junior or rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either '25 or '26 
  • In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Comfortable working with others in virtual environments 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $18 per hour.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
