Our team of Bright Lights is expanding! At Deposco, we are looking to hire project leaders not “managers” which is why we refer to this key role as Project Lead. This role at Deposco offers a unique opportunity to combine technical aptitude, business skills, supply chain knowledge, and face-to-face customer interaction in an exciting software career. The position of Project Lead allows you to partner directly with industry leading customers to help them achieve supply chain and business success.
Our Project Leads will have the opportunity to work in a variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, third-party logistics, transportation, shipping, and more! This role not only maintains customer relationships, but also leads and mentors team members to achieve project success and growth. The person in this role will play a critical role in leading project team members while maintaining an environment of learning, development, and career growth.

Bright Warehouse: Warehouse and Distribution Management
Bright Order: Distributed Order Management
Bright Source: Sourcing and Procurement
Bright Store: Inventory Management and Point of Purchase
Bright Socket: Software Integrations
Bright Performance: Business Reports and Dashboards
Bright Forecast: Demand Planning and Forecasting
What You'll Do

Providing overall leadership and management of project team members

Provide project management strategy and tactics to achieve success
-
Oversee project progress, budget, billings, status, and schedule for multiple projects

Coordinate all aspects of a project for a customer from initial signing to delivery and success of the project.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the customer's leadership team, technical, operations and project teams
-
Managing project risks by anticipating issues and provide immediate resolution or escalation where required.

Oversee schedules and budgets to ensure success criteria is met or exceeded and project is on time and on budget.

A project is typically focused on the delivery of multiple Deposco products to improve customer efficiency, growth, and performance. Project management skills as well as great communication are key, but a strong technical or software background is preferred.
What You'll Need
-
Bachelor of Science degree with minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0
-
3-7 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software and/or experience through internships and/or cooperative programs
-
Excellent communications skills

Enthusiastic and positive attitude

Ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally in nature

Self-motivated and hungry to learn

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Travel is estimated at approximately 10-20%

Position is located in the Alpharetta, GA office, but flexible working options are available

Understanding/experience with supply-chain management is preferred
