We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Operations Lead to join our dynamic IT team. In this essential role, you'll ensure our internal processes run smoothly—from onboarding and offboarding logistics to inventory management, internal database maintenance, event support, and strategic project coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT logistics for onboarding and offboarding, including equipment delivery, collection, documentation, redistribution, resale, or disposal.
- Maintain accurate internal databases for IT hardware, software licenses, operational tools, and inventory tracking.
- Facilitate the resale process of IT equipment to employees, ensuring seamless communication and transactions.
- Plan, coordinate, and support IT requirements for internal company events and activities.
- Assist with procurement processes, manage hardware and IT supplies, and oversee inventory distribution.
- Lead and supervise internal IT projects, ensuring effective resource allocation, project timelines, and efficient coordination.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Facilities, and other teams to streamline operational workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of operational, administrative, or coordination experience, preferably within IT or corporate environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging across various departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking tools.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Prior experience with inventory management systems or databases.
- Previous involvement in onboarding/offboarding coordination.
- Background in event support, logistics coordination, or procurement processes.
