All about the role:
The IT MES Application Lead demonstrates proficiency and capability in delivering comprehensive application expertise across the entire spectrum of system analysis, design, and implementation phases. They offer guidance on system configuration and generate specifications for necessary application enhancements and adjustments to align with business needs. Additionally, they contribute insights to project organization regarding application-specific concerns. Collaboration with IT Infrastructure and Application teams is integral to this role.
What you’ll do:
- Provide MES application components with full-stack knowledge and management.
- Participate in application implementation projects and application configuration
- Review specifications for system design and customization
- Implement data analytics and visualization tools to support decision-making processes
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for MES Apriso, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and system upgrades
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
- Develop and customize MES Apriso solutions based on the specific requirements.
- Develop and implement data interfaces and APIs.
- Perform thorough & regression application testing.
- Support UAT test and implementation phases of the projects.
- Perform QA activities for new system functionality.
- Provide day-to-day application support to Key Business Users.
- Work on cross-functional environment supporting other Organizations within Business Area.
- Ensure the timely execution of agreed-upon plans and Project timelines.
- Help studying, analysing & provide Logical and Technical suggestions to cover business requirements and Continuous improvements.
- Maintain relationship with Business stakeholders and external consultants.
- Collaborate with Global MES and IiOT teams, and support implementation of MES Road map.
- Lead application implementation projects and application configuration
Who You Are:
- Bachelor degree in Electronics, Information Systems, Automation or equivalent work experience in software development
- Solid knowledge C# and T-SQL
- Understanding of industry-specific requirements and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles to enhance user experience.
- Experience with scripting languages for customization and automation.
- Good understanding of the MES Apriso platform, its architecture, and core functionalities.
- Solid comprehension of manufacturing business operations.
- Strong familiarity with IT infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting principles.
- Innovative and with a genuine interest in technology and a pragmatic approach to delivery.

- Willing to learn by doing
Experience & competencies to be considered as an advantage
- Work experience in software quality assurance
- Good Knowledge of ERP and MES systems
- Operational knowledge of OPC Kepware solution

You will be based in our Rayong plant and you will be reporting to IT MES Solutions Manager - BA EA
