The IT Manager - Learning, Benefits, & Performance serves as the primary IT business partner for the HR team, supporting the Learning & Development, Benefits, and Performance Management functions. This individual is responsible for delivering technology solutions, optimizing system capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration within our HR IT ecosystem. The role requires a deep understanding of HR processes, enterprise systems, and data governance, as well as experience partnering with HR teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
The Main Ingredients:
- Act as the strategic IT partner to the Learning, Benefits, and Performance Management teams, understanding their business needs and aligning technology solutions accordingly.
- Own the IT governance, integrations, and system architecture for HR systems in these domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy and security standards.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Technology team, which owns system configuration and business process optimization, to ensure technology meets HR's functional needs.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and support of enterprise learning, benefits, and performance management platforms, with a preference for experience in Cornerstone.
- Manage system integrations, data flow, and reporting between HR systems, enterprise platforms, and third-party providers.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, risk, and data privacy standards while supporting HR in maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical oversight for system upgrades, enhancements, and vendor management.
- Partner with cross-functional IT teams, including enterprise architecture, data engineering, and security, to align HR IT initiatives with broader IT objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HR stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR technology by identifying opportunities for automation, self-service, and enhanced employee experiences.

- 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on HR systems and enterprise applications.
- Experience in supporting Learning, Benefits, and Performance Management technology solutions, like Cornerstone, Workhuman, and Workboard.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and how they intersect with IT systems and integrations.
- Proven ability to collaborate with HR Technology teams, ensuring the right balance of IT governance and HR system ownership.
- Experience with cloud-based HR solutions, integrations, and data management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technology landscapes and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
- Experience working in a global enterprise environment is a plus.
