The IT Functional Lead, Oracle Cloud Operations will join an existing team of Mountaineers and vendor partners to ensure the service delivery activities in the Oracle platform application space exceed customer expectations, meet SOX compliance requirements, follow our ITIL protocols and are secure and high-performing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide timely guidance and solutions for all the issues within Oracle ERP Cloud functional areas like Receivables, Customers, Billing & Payments, Collections, Fixed Assets, PPM (Project Costing)

Work with the existing vendor partners and Iron Mountain IT team to ensure that the issues raised are timely addressed and are addressed well within the SLA

Support IRM’s ongoing monthly and quarterly SOX requirements to ensure that Oracle ERP Cloud platform remains compliant

Plan and perform regression testing for the quarterly patching of our SaaS applications.

Drive Production Service Operations, Improve support standards and effective communication with Stakeholders.

Support business users during month end period close, across geographies (US, LATAM, APAC)

Liaise with Oracle project delivery/engineering teams as well as other service delivery teams to ensure efficient project delivery, deployment of enhancements and coordinated integration of IRM applications to others across the enterprise

Adopt and embed best practice into all support projects through the alignment to the Change Framework / ITIL standard practices with tools like Service Now, Gitlab etc.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
-
10-12 years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience within Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Must have an in-depth understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud functional setups and configurations of all the major Finance & supply chain modules, with specific emphasis on Receivables, Customers, Billing & Payments, Collections, Fixed Assets, PPM (Project Costing).

Experience in Oracle cloud Risk Management & Compliance (RMC) especially in role designing and resolving Segregation of Duties conflicts is a plus

Ability to identify, manage, and communicate issues and risks

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (Hands on experience and attitude)

Oracle BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) / OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) report-building skills to leverage the data in the application to resolve issues. Hands-on experience in SQL, BI Publisher, Workflows is desirable.

Desired In-depth knowledge of automation, SRE, and technologies to develop and implement effective strategies for automation and continuous improvement.

Desired advanced knowledge and experience of G-Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
