IAM Administrator

As an IAM Administrator supporting the Information Assurance team, you will be trusted to work on documenting, designing, and administering the IAM infrastructure in Mexico City.
In this role, a typical day will include:
• Implementing and maintaining infrastructure for development and testing environments.
• Driving architectural improvements and standardization of infrastructure environments.
• Supporting and enhancing automated processes to release new solutions into the live environment.
• Ensuring adherence to security and compliance policies within the engineering service scope.
• Acting as a subject matter expert for Saviynt Identity Governance, Okta for SSO/MFA, and Privileged Access Management tools (Thycotic).
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of applicable experience.
o Identity Governance and Administration: 2 years at an engineering or architectural level, preferably with experience in Saviynt.
o Privileged Access Management: 2 years at an engineering or architectural design level.
o Federated Identity Principles: 2 years in OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SSO, MFA, and understanding of cloud integrations (AWS and Azure).
• Preferred certifications: Okta Administration Certification, CIAM, CISSP, CISM.
