IT Intern

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support our IT Services team in managing and maintaining productivity suites and communication systems across the business. Under the direction of the Director of IT Services, this role offers hands-on training with industry-leading technologies and proprietary systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1/2 support for Office 365, Mitel Telephony Systems, Twilio Flex, and Citrix.
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees and clients to supported platforms.
• Act as a support contact for our collocated and managed hosting environments.
• Escalate and resolve issues through service providers.
• Troubleshoot and provide support for password resets, productivity suite configurations, break/fix issues, and local software installations.
• Perform additional IT support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Office 365, cloud-based communication platforms, and IT support processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
