Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem solving to help us grow our IT team in our Hoofddorp Office. The intern will actively contribute to advanced technical projects in an enterprise environment where global renowned technology is used, and will work closely with a Mentor for advancing their technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Key challenges:

Support the IT team in maintaining the hardware and software used.

Keeping track of assets using inventory management list.

Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support for on-site and remote users.

Help with the procurement of Hardware/Software for employees.
Qualifications

MBO/HBO students or Bachelor students in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.

You are enrolled at a university for the whole duration of the internship (6 months)

Familiar with Windows based environment, MS office, and Active directory.

Good verbal and written communication in English.

Organized and a good team player.
