- Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of operating systems such as Windows, Android, IOS and Linux, Office programs, IBM Lotus and other necessary programs,
- Being responsible troubleshooting of network problems,
- Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT office equipment's such as printers etc.
- Installation and support of the hardware tools for meeting rooms,
- Provide technical support for audio and video conferences,
- Daily maintenance of server rooms.

- Bachelor degree in related fields,
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience working in IT Support field,
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, end user support, escalation,
- Experience working in a team based environment,
- Experience for SR room management,
- Open to improve himself/herself in IT Field,
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task,
- Problem solving skills, able to effectively troubleshoot issues also remotely,
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Having knowledge about network protocols and user network basic configurations.
