  • Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of operating systems such as Windows, Android, IOS and Linux, Office programs, IBM Lotus and other necessary programs,
  • Being responsible troubleshooting of network problems,
  • Installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT office equipment's such as printers etc.
  • Installation and support of the hardware tools for meeting rooms,
  • Provide technical support for audio and video conferences,
  • Daily maintenance of server rooms.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in related fields,
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience working in IT Support field,
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, end user support, escalation,
  • Experience working in a team based environment,
  • Experience for SR room management,
  • Open to improve himself/herself in IT Field,
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task,
  • Problem solving skills, able to effectively troubleshoot issues also remotely,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Having knowledge about network protocols and user network basic configurations.
