Responsibilities

- Providing first and second-level support for IT systems in a manufacturing plant.
- Managing and administering IT systems.
- Ensuring the continuity of IT systems' operations.
- Managing IT infrastructure.
- Supporting computer networks, industrial networks, and device communication.
- Managing database systems (MySQL, SQL, and others).
- Collaborating with the IT Service Desk support team (global standardization of IT infrastructure).
- Creating and improving technical documentation.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal business clients.
- Supporting services in automation systems (PLC, SCADA).
What we’re looking for
- Higher technical education, preferred fields: Computer Science, Automation, and Robotics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to the offered position.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Independence in managing projects.
- Knowledge of English at the B2/C1 level.
