Job Title: IT Database Product Lead Senior

Duties: Regal Rexnord Corporation seeks an IT Database Product Lead Senior in Grafton, Wisconsin to develop Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) database systems. Complete Oracle EBS database server installations, system/schema updates, and data migrations. Clone and patch Oracle databases and applications. Provide administration support and maintenance for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion middle applications. Troubleshoot and tune Oracle EBS and OBIA (Object-Based Image Analysis) and contribute to technical performance analysis and enhancement. Lead database and EBS installations, upgrades, and integrations. Maintain the integrity and security of database systems without compromising existing data. Utilize scripting languages including Bash, ksh, and perl to implement coding changes. Design database strategies for the Unix operating system, including AIX. Use Oracle Apps and Middleware technology for product installations and management. Perform patches, user maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and table space management. Utilize Oracle Apps including code promotion, index rebuilding, and configuration. Build database systems using Oracle EBS 12.1.x, 12,2.x, and Oracle Databases 12c and 19c. Develop RMAN backup plans and recovery strategies. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Annual salary: $142,709 - $182,300/ year.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, plus five progressive years of Oracle EBS database systems experience. Must have at least five years of experience in each of the following: 1. Cloning and patching Oracle databases and applications; 2. Providing administration support and maintenance for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion middle applications; 3. Troubleshooting and tuning Oracle EBS and OBIA (Object-Based Image Analysis); 4. Utilizing scripting languages including Bash, ksh, and perl to implement coding changes; 5. Designing database strategies for the Unix operating system, including AIX; 6. Building database systems using Oracle Business Suite 12.1.x, 12,2.x, and Oracle Databases 12c and 19c; and 7. Developing RMAN backup plans and recovery strategies.
