Our Master Data Management department is undergoing a revitalizing transformation and we are set to create an innovative setup that will redefine new ways of working.
Would you like to contribute to our data strategy agenda by facilitating the rollout of master data management in collaboration with key stakeholders, from top management to highly specialized employees? What you will be doing
In this position, you will be involved in driving the rollout of our master data operating model, facilitating master data initiatives, orchestrating data governance in collaboration with data owners and specialists and conducting data quality analyses.
You will work closely with business units to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements to ensure that master data is a central asset for the entire organization.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

Analyse business needs and facilitate the rollout of the master data operating model for strategic projects and associated areas,

Propose and orchestrate master data governance in collaboration with data owners and specialists,

Manage common master data across organization, secure alignment and governance set up (data under multiple ownerships),

Conducting workshops to uncover business needs, data quality, and "as-is" and "to-be" processes,

Run fit - gap assessment for business requirements and secure corrective actions,

Ensuring that the master data is accurate, complete, up-to-date and consistent across all systems and applications.
What you bring

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT or similar,
-
Min. 2 year of experience with Master Data Management working with MDM domains such as Material/Product, Customer, Vendor, Finance, Location, Employee, etc .

Experience with data management tools and technologies,

Knowledge or experience with SAP, CRM, e-commerce, PIM, Specification systems or MES will be an advantage,

Is a team-player with strong analytical and communication skills and focus on providing visible business results.
