IT Business Analyst

We’re looking for a new colleague to assist us in the further development and optimization of our IT Manufacturing Data Warehouses by building reliable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and enhancing data analytics and visualization capabilities. This position requires a proactive individual who can engage with business stakeholders and support their decision-making processes through comprehensive data analysis.
At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 5 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Data Warehouse Development: Integral involvement in all aspects of Data Warehouse creation, demonstrating commitment and ability to add value.
- Ensure Data Integrity and Reliability: Play a crucial role in identifying and resolving bugs, as well as validating data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data assets.
- Enhanced Data Visualization: Develop comprehensive Power BI reports, significantly improving the ability to visualize and analyze key data, leading to more informed business decisions.
- Data Warehouse Optimization: Contribute to improvements in the data warehouse architecture, resulting in more efficient data management and improved data accessibility.
- Explore AI & ML use cases that could further help our business stakeholders to achieve continuous improvements
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience in IT business analysis or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS)
- Power BI / Microsoft Fabrics
- Programming in Python & .NET (C#)
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms
- Experience with Azure DevOps Agile process: Boards, Backlogs & Sprints
- Understanding of Azure DevOps Build & Release Pipelines
- Understanding of Microservice Architectures using Docker & Kubernetes
- Strong focus on analytics & solving complex problems
- Understanding business and industrialization processes
- Clear and open communication with business stakeholders
- Forward thinking and innovative
