About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to lead key technological transformation projects, defining end-to-end architectures and working closely with both the Technology team and other business areas. You’ll be a key mediator, aligning teams, solutions, and technologies to ensure availability, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities 📋
- Participate in the discovery and analysis phases of new products and services.
- Design end-to-end solutions in on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments.
- Mediate between teams to align architectural decisions.
- Support in selecting key technologies and develop prototypes when needed.
- Contribute to building systems maps, solution catalogs, and architectural standards.
- Actively define and document reference architectures.
- Be involved in technology roadmap planning and architecture evangelism.
What You’ll Bring ✅
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- Proven experience as an Architect.
- Expertise in microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with cloud architectures (Azure, AWS) and agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with multidisciplinary teams.

- Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to mediate between teams.
- Strong communication skills to explain and convince on technical risks and solutions.
