IT Applications Manager - Finance and Supply Chain

Salary: $125,800 - $188,600, plus annual bonus

The IT Corporate and Technology Applications organization is accountable for all corporate facing systems, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Communications, Supply Chain and other corporate technology systems. This organization also supports all Enterprise Technology Systems including MuleSoft API integration technology, Data Lake and ingestion technology, and other enterprise technology capabilities.
IT Applications Manager - Finance and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our IT Corporate tools, ensuring its reliability, accuracy, and efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve overseeing field operations, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

IT/Corp Tools System Integration: Lead the integration of Corporate IT systems, including supply chain and finance.

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day IT operations of the supply chain and finance systems, including monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring data integrity and security.

Software Development: Coordinate with software developers to design, develop, and implement custom applications, scripts, and interfaces to support IT operations, data analytics, and reporting requirements.

Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measure, including intrusion detection, encryption, access controls, and security patch management.

Data Management: Manage the collection, storage, and analysis of finance and supply chain data, ensuring compliance with data governance policies, privacy regulations, and industry standards.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with IT vendors, contractors, and service providers to procure IT hardware, software, and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

Change Management: Implement change management processes and procedures to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for IT staff and end-users to facilitate system understanding, usage, and troubleshooting
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience in IT project management or application ownership

3+ years of experience in leading projects, people, or teams
-
3+ years of experience with program delivery, service provider management, and distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
-
Understanding of multiple technology domains or enterprise solutions that enable business functions

Technical certifications
-
PMP and/or Agile certifications
-
ITIL certification
